patiently waiting for new things in the garden: flowers
lettuce greens: mesclun, spinach, etc.and our newest addition, mr. fig tree (given by a barber friend)

very easy - just quarter them with skins on, cook in large pot on stove, with small portion of butter or olive oil and some salt/pepper and lots of herbs (basil, oregano, rosemary, etc). Stir frequently and cook until potatoes are tender. :)
