I've been eating guacamole* this summer like it's going out of style.
Recently, we had this delicious guacamole to garnish our BLT-
bread from Black Bear Bakery
tomato and spinach from our garden
bacon from a small producer via Local Harvest
*Recipe for Guacamole
1-4 avocados, soft (not too soft!)
cut all the way around and squeeze out onto cutting board
compost pit and skin
mash repeatedly with fork
add few drops of soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce
add diced tomato if you desire
scoop with chips, crackers, pita, etc. and enjoy!
